The Concept:
Việt Citron looks to provide a fresh casual dining atmosphere that serves up a creative mix of both classic and modern Vietnamese dishes. Traditional favorites like bánh mì, pho, and crispy pork belly are complemented by rotating seasonal specials such as local farm pho ga, banh xeo, mi go, spring phat noodle bowl, bun dau mam tom, or even pandan mochi dessert. Focused on quality and bold flavors, Việt Citron uses many locally sourced ingredients (and even grow our own fresh herbs) and prepare its dishes fresh to order.
The Việt Citron Story:
For a decade, Tran Lee worked as a design architect for multi-million-dollar commercial and residential projects. During this time, she came up with the idea for her life-long dream of starting and owning a fresh casual restaurant concept that she continued to refine over the years. Envisioning a high-quality while crafting modern authentic Vietnamese flavors, the Viet Citron dream became a reality with its first location in Burlington, MA in 2020.
Looking to reach even more audiences and put an even more creative spin on delicious food, Viet Citron is proud to be a part of the Bow Market and Somerville community as its first expansion in the Boston area.
