You may know Saus from Faneuil Hall, where the trio opened their first shop. At Bow, they’ve changed the concept to be entirely vegetarian. The classics Belgian bites remain with new, bigger, belly-filling options like house-made caulifalafel and veggie burgers, as well as plant-based proteins like the Impossible® Burger and Beyond Meat® Dogs. For something lighter, try one of the super hearty salad grain bowls.
Everything on the menu is condiment driven and scratch-made. And if you want your order to be vegan, just ask.
