Carolicious is a company born in Venezuela and raised in Somerville. Our beginnings trace back to festivals and farmers markets, and to this beautiful space at Bow Market from the Nibble Kitchen
We are known for bringing Venezuelan delights to our customers, such as arepas and pabellón bowls, which will be at Bow Market as a pop-up once or twice a month. But now, we are bringing to life a new dream: Carolicious Gourmet, our first own location, and we are very excited.
We have some Venezuelan products: tequeños, cachitos, and soups, and at the same time, Venezuela that was shaped by the migration that arrived in the 1940s and 50s, where European influence shaped a wide and delicious menu for Venezuelans.
We have designed this beautiful and cozy space for you to enjoy alongside our gourmet menu, inspired by comfort and the joy of savoring various Venezuelan-style sandwiches like caprese, smoked salmon, prosciutto caprese, tuna, and more. Additionally, we will be offering 2 soups: 'cruzado' (chicken and beef with vegetables) and lentil soup.
Two Venezuelan favorites shine on our gourmet menu: tequeños with our special basil sauce and mini ham rolls (cachitos). Our goal is to invite our customers to share in Bow Market, a place so unique and captivating.
Tuna tartare is another specialty that will charm you. We also offer artisan chocolates, vegan cookies and brownies, gluten-free cookies, and many more treats. We are here to satisfy your taste buds and create an unforgettable experience.
