Tristan is also known as The Fruit Somm at Bonnie's in Brooklyn. He's in charge of purchasing, sourcing, and curating all of their fruits for their showstopper of a fruit plate. Tristan will be sourcing some of the best local ingredients and prepping a fantastic menu for y'all to enjoy on the patio!
