Candlelight Yoga Flow

All levels yoga class under the greenery and disco ball in Upstairs at Bow. Class is taught by Zola of Be Easy Meditation. Surrounded by candlelight this class will move slow and build strength through holding poses. Class will end with an extended shavasana.
This class is set to modern music mostly r&b. The music will be uncensored.
